i have theories for why 4chan sucks. it started sucking for me when people started using twitter reaction images unironically
@Moon They included a bunch of shit like Google Analytics, blocking Tor and VPNs, and persistent ids on /pol/ (ruining the purpose of an anonymous board). You're better off using one of the many imageboards created after the original 8chan shutdown.
@xianc78 i ran a tor exit node for a while and my static ip got banned. i quit doing it and petitioned to get my ip unbanned, which they did not do for over 12 years.
