@root I just do:
rsync -rtvzP (FILE OR FOLDER OF CHOICE) (LOCAL IP ADDRESS):(FULL PATH ON THE OTHER PC)
Always works as long as computers are connected to the same router, only works on real computers with all good operating systems, and macOS.
