Please stop using LGBT to justify Drag Queens... especially having story time with children. We are not the same. Nor your shield.

@sim@shitposter.club Drag Queens are historically an important part of LGBT protests in the previous century. I think that's why they are still included in the LGBT community.

There's a lot of other spaces for Drags.

If you look at the concept relatively I think other characters in children's performances with such as circus clowns, mimes or even santa claus are infinitely more creepy than a drag queen, right?

I do agree that with the types of attention this is getting it is a good idea to consider stopping this concept, simply for the safety of the people involved.

Yeah, it's more some adults that are the problem there.
It's the kind of thing where I'm quite afraid a conservative would attack a drag queen because of fucking politics, rather than an actual problem happening with the childs.
