@lanodan I don't know why proprietary software has to have an EULA. I think most would be fine with just all-rights reserved.

@xianc78 @xianc78 @lanodan The way I see it, it's to regulate what mods are allowed. A simple American flag replacement mod for Spider-Man would not be allowed through an EULA, for example.

All right reserved already means you cannot do modifications legally. (That said some "mods" are more like extensions/plug-ins so copyright gets more relaxed and community guidelines plus moral rights are more relevant)
