@PraxisOfEvil That's just one project. There are other seasteading projects but most of them are right-libertarian. If that bothers you, then you might have to start your own I guess. It seems like most of these projects are open-source so you can still use their designs.
@PraxisOfEvil I would stay away from Ocean Builders, however because apparently, their "SeaPods" contains smart-home tech. Apparently it's all open source, so someone could check if the tech is spyware, but I rather not have that at all.
Arktide is making traditional floating homes, but they are still in the prototyping phase (they don't have full-scale models yet).
@xianc78 I mean I don't know how viable a floating city governed by Rothbardian values would be but if you're able to ensure the population respects each other's personal rights and property you could theoretically make it work. Ofc that would mean excluding certain..."elements" from your society, but that's a given.
