Well if @ArdainianRight would stop being a console peasant, he would probably give it a chance.
It's just a Xevious inspired shmup. Nothing really special, but my point is that you can find some non-pozz out there if you know where to look, even if involves searching hours on itch.io and the Indie Game's Database (I think they're still around).
A lot of video game related imageboards have /agdg/ threads where indie and hobbyist gamedevs show off their games. You can also check there. There are even the lulz-games that you are talking about.
@Kyonko802 @ArdainianRight @ChristiJunior @rasterman @Tamamo Making games might not be their full-time job. I never heard of anyone making a living off of selling games on itch.io. The market is way to saturated to make a living unless you go viral or are already established.
