@lanodan @Hyolobrika although i guess you could be a counter asshole and say that since you cannot enact any laws that abridge speech, then creating the FBI itself was illegal (because if it can be interpreted as having abridged speech then the creation itself was never valid.)

Many of the actions of NSA/CIA/FBI/… ought to be seen as highly illegal and honestly I don't get how they are still in operation.
