Sure, a lot of modern AAA video games are diluted and watered down to the point of barely requiring any thought.
But that's what we call "subversion", you retard.

RTS games taught people about logistics, resource management, and commanding armies.

Survival Horror games taught the basics of how to make the most efficient use of tightly limited resources in order to do well in a shit-hit-the-fan scenario.

SimCity games taught about city management and how to have a thriving population and infrastructure.

Racing simulation games teach how various different types of vehicles can handle under various different conditions.

Flight sim games teach gamers how to pilot various different types of aircraft.

It was mainly the Japanese whom specialized in more arcadey-style games, though even those games were intended as a test of wits, reflexes, and pattern recognition. Though even some Japanese video games from time to time would veer into more heavy simulationist territory from time to time.

In short, Video Games exist to test the white man's ability to understand the world around him, to calculate how it functions, and also to train him to improve his creativity and problem-solving skills to tackle life's challenges head-on.

I was playing Ys Vanished the other day ago and holy shit is the bat boss frustrating. Dozens of bats that each deal full damage and swarm over you. They are completely invulnerable until they gather together for exactly 1.5 seconds. You have that narrow window to turn around run towards them, and bump attack them. Even with the best gear in the game and max leveled they can take 1/5th of your life bar if you fail to hit in that exact window.
