Existing in an era of history where my three most common emotional responses to anything are disgust, frustration, and contempt is... well, frustrating. There's nothing meaningful to do or a future to look forward to. Everyone is disgusting, insufferable, mentally ill, or astoundingly stupid. The world is empty of purpose, and its cheap substitute costs more willpower than im willing to fork over. I basically only exist to entertain myself. I'm not depressed or bored moment to moment, which is great, but I guess im existentially bored. There is no true joy in entertaining myself. There is superficial happiness but no fulfilment. Its not something I can fix, to do that I would have to fix the whole world.

There's two conclusions I can take from these feelings.
1) Being a zoomer sucks, every generation +/-3 of zoomer sucks.
2) I understand the appeal of isekai and fantasies of rebirth on a spiritual level.

@deVoid The Titanic sub thing highlights that even if you're a billionaire and try to do anything cool and adventurous, it's gonna go to shit because the company only hires Affirmative Action tokens instead of competent white guys, while brown socialists on Twitter go "Why do wypipo wanna go down under da sea anyways?" Our civilization is devoid of vital energy, all that's left is envious parasites tearing down what remains of past greatness because it highlights their own inadequacies.
