I think I heard it on Lotus Eater's podcast originally. There are some fact checks saying it's false, so it's probably true.

@xianc78 @djsumdog Thought it was a right wing boogeyman talking point to hype up the #GOP voterbase on the next round of #ProLife legislation. I figured the left would try to get post birth abortion eventually, but not this quickly.
