What's "the TotK situation"? Did something happen?
It was their biggest release of the year and tons were pirating it very publicly and talking about it all over the internet. The devs of Yuzu also had a patreon so they were making money off of it.

@KonataWagner @ArdainianRight @Jens_Rasmussen There is nothing illegal about making money off of emulators. Bleem was able to do it back in the 90s. ROMs are a different story.
Why do you think they lost a lawsuit. Of course they were also sharing roms lol
