@dick @ArdainianRight I never understood why the companies behind the CD-i games made two games with the same premise.
Obviously it isn't, but there's definitely a fair amount of JRPG influence there.
@ArdainianRight Also, I'd personally would rather have a game starring someone other than Link OR Zelda, just for world-building purposes because I bet there would be a lot of heroes in Hyrule who had no connection to Link whatsoever.
You mean the gay carpenters in OOT? Not sure how you'd make an interesting game out of dudes who prance around and do nothing, then get kidnapped.
