@PurpCat Their limitations prevent beginner devs from "over-engineering" while still using modern languages like Lua.
@xianc78 You can use modern C on many old platforms though.
There's no escaping it. You just trade explicit malloc and free for trying to track down which closure still has an active reference somewhere and is therefore causing your node application to eat all available memory.
