it costs a ton of moeny just to build anything not even accounting for materials cuz everything is so fucking regulated

@givenup @flux_the_cat @SuperSnekFriend The regulations are so ridiculous. A few years back, my dad built a garden shed in his backyard, but he was required by law to make it somewhat resemble our house and garage, despite those being built decades ago.
