I have been having a burning thought on my mind all day
If the sandy hook family lawyer thinks that cod makes kids shoot schools up, what does he think visual novels do to the minds of American males 18-25 and does it make them have GFS instead

@PurpCat The Sandy Hook families (assuming the event was real and organic) need to listen to Adam Lanza's philosophical rants from his (now deleted) YT account.

Surprised that hasn't been removed yet. Do you happen to have the PDF for "Nobody Died at Sandyhook"? It's been removed from the archive.

I do not. I wasn't even aware that, and I never read that.

I've heard rumors about The Internet Archive censoring things, but I don't know the full extent of their policies. These recordings are just Adam Lanza's philosophical rants on culture and conformity. He never said anything about wanting to kill anyone else but himself. They're just philosophical ramblings on anarcho-primitivism, anti-culture, and anti-natalism.

@xianc78 @djsumdog @PurpCat I believe Adam Lanza killed those kids. he seems like someone who would kill little kids and his mom. he may have been groomed by the feds but he certainly killed those kids.
@PurpCat @branman65 @djsumdog @xianc78 I miss these arcade machines. You can only play them at an actual arcade. A theatre or restaurant or something will only have those gayass claw machines.

@Forestofenchantment @PurpCat @djsumdog @branman65 Arcade games should've taken a page from F-Zero AX (connectivity with console games via memory cards) to keep themselves relevant.

@xianc78 @Forestofenchantment @djsumdog @branman65 the big issue I see with new arcade games is they're literally all slop. There's no passion or interest they're all dialed in games made to make maximum profit for a while. Some are literally ported mobile games even...

To add to this, arcades also serve as "ticket casinos" for kids and on top of that the only segment where anything interesting happens now is Pinball, and that only happened after the early 2010s revival when other startup companies decided to make machines too.

@PurpCat @Forestofenchantment @djsumdog @branman65 Yeah, I'm well aware of the Flappy Bird and Fruit Ninja cabinets, but I never see anyone play those.

The only new arcade games with any effort put in to them seem to be Japan-only, but it seems to be mostly rhythm games.

I was mostly talking about the 6th gen when arcade games truly started to decline and consoles still primarily used memory cards. It would've at least incentivize people to go to arcades because they could unlock and download new content for their console games that way.

@PurpCat @xianc78 @branman65 @dcc @djsumdog The pinball revival fills me with joy knowing that arcades won't die in our lifetime. BTW, has the Willy Wonka table been released yet? Seems interesting.
@Forestofenchantment @branman65 @dcc @djsumdog @xianc78 came out years ago the local pinball arcade has one along with some other weird shit
