While "Woke" Linux Distributions (like openSUSE) are struggling to survive, interest in OpenMandriva - a non-Woke Open Source project - is exploding.

I was impressed with the speed and quality I just had specific software that wasn't packaged yet and I don't know how to build them myself. Mandrake was the Manjaro of its time, other kids at school used Slackware and talked shot about Mandrake because it had GUI tools for everything. Then they bought out another distro called Connectiva hence Mandriva. I think they also absorbed Redmond Linux / Lycoris Desktop LX at some point
