@Noraweed u want a real nightmare work at walmart. They make u download apps to your phone so ucan scan products with your phone and clock in and oit with it, but it forces u to turn on gps and they litterally track your whereabouts ive known people who got introuble for being in the bathroom too long @PurpCat always likes walmart related collectibles

@Noraweed @PurpCat @Soy_Magnus My company recently made it so that if you wanted to continue to use company e-mail and Teams on your phone, you had to install another Microsoft app (I forget what it was called, Intune mabe?) that basically gave the company remote admin access to your phone. A lot pf people just deleted the e-mail and Teams. So now it's back to "old-fashioned" phone calls, SMS, and sometimes two-way radios.

That reminds me of the whole controversy of employers asking for employee's Facebook passwords.

@echo @PurpCat @Soy_Magnus @Noraweed I think it's both illegal and a violation of Facebook's ToS. I think it got to the point where some companies required their employees to actually HAVE a Facebook account so they wouldn't be able to pull the "well I don't have one card" which caused some to walk out and find another job.
And maybe some of them realized that everyone does unprofessional shit when they are off-work and nobody acts "professional" 100% of the time.
