@xianc78 @coolboymew no idea but by the time Fitbit bought it they were "buying them for the patents/staff/IP" at that point so they killed it right away.
Essentially it goes like this: Fitbit buys Pebble and kills it, Google inherits Pebble from buying Fitbit and at that point it's "historic" source sitting on their HDDs for legal/archival reasons.
