quick stroll through the webring and most of these boards are run by lame mods who want to sticky ten threads and make it an unusable experience. same issue 8chan had
@wowaname I rarely use it. The only sites that were worthwhile were vch (/v/ bunker), julay (had a bunch of boards), zzzchan, and 8chan.moe (was on there until everyone else blocked it for hosting /hebe/). After Julay shut down, most people either went to 8chan.moe, 8kun, or gave up on imageboards entirely.
I just don't like the image board style. I prefer forum style so 4chan is visually unappealing
