Faggot Tourney 2025 Round 1, Match 14 VOTING THREAD ( #faggottourney ) :

Suiseiseki vs. Gleason!

First, Suiseiseki: This guy *really* loves him some arguments over software. Really. His obsession with Stallman and his absolute adherence to the principles of FREE SOFTWARE has immunized him against the allure of STINKY HUMAN WOMEN and as a result he can only have sex with men. Simping for a sweaty hairy fat man and refusing to fuck women is...well, that's why he's here.

Next, Gleason! He is a vegan, by the way. And also a vegan, by the way. He's mostly left fedi over some gay shit, and he just barely qualifies for entry due to his maintenance of the mostr bridge. His entrance into this tournament is a parting shot - this is probably the last chance he has to go any distance here, and this is his farewell match if he loses!

I'm starting this 10 minutes late because I was watching Wiz's show. This will also close 10 minutes late.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating Gleason is alright in my book. Granted, I'm on a Mastodon instance so his abandonment of the fedi has no effect on me.

Suiseiseki, on the other hand is a prime example of extreme free software autism actually keeping people on Windows. He also adopts Stallman's autistic vocabulary (GNU+Linux instead of Linux, cracker instead of hacker, etc) and shoves it down everyone's throat.

I vote for Suiseiseki.

@lina @ceo_of_monoeye_dating "Hacking" use to mean "playful cleverness". It didn't necessarily have to deal with computers. It was some subculture common with mathematicians, engineers, and programmers, but eventually the word went mainstream, but only when it came to interacting with computers in unconventional ways. Stallman hates the new definition and demands that security breakers be called "crackers" instead.
