If AI creates power demand, that makes it profitable to build more/larger power plants, which creates economies of scale making (wholesale) power get cheaper.
Now if RETAIL power doesn't get cheaper, that's because the grid operator (monopoly) or the government is doing something dumb, like forcing you to cover the losses on their dumbass windmill projects, or buy CaRbOn oFfSeTs or some other related bullshit.
