@sendpaws Use refined coconut oil as some aren't meant to be used in high temperatures. Heat it slowly. And don't overfill the fryer as it expands rapidly.
Coconut oil is solid at room temperature so you need to keep that in mind.
@xianc78 yeah that's what confuses me haha it seems solid at first, it's a 4 quart fryer I got from an amazon return auction
