@cjd The only culture war stance that libertarians should have is freedom of association. Don't like trans people? Exclude them from your covenant, don't sell to them, deny them employment. Don't like transphobes? Exclude them from your covenant, don't sell to them, deny them employment.
The paleolibertarians seem to get it, but they assume that every community is going to follow their culture norms. Honestly, I think a radical libertarian society would be much different than what the paleolibertarians, bleeding-heart libertarians, libertarian socialists, or non/anti-libertarians envision. It would probably just end up being a patchwork of different communities, each with their own culture, rules, etc. Those who don't feel like they belong to any community would just homestead in the middle of nowhere and the NAP would in theory prevent inter-locality conflict.
If libertarians would market their ideology like that, I bet their would be a lot more people on board.
