i genuinely don't fucking get why that shit has to be the default, why does juan nadeko feel like everyone needs to see this shit? seriously why the fuck is this trash displayed as the default AND regularly forced back every time i change it to show search as the homepage?

@lina @nadekoNet I never understood the mentality that privacy front-ends need to show what's trending. I had the exact same problem with Invidious's precursor, Hooktube. They also had trending videos on the front page but it was all culture war shit and I just wanted to use it to listen to VGM.
