I'm only a little over a day into keto and I've already gone feral.. I'm microwaving up hot dogs straight from the pack and eating them right our of the microwave.
@xyfdi first 3 days are always rough.. once i actually go into ketosis though my apetite just goes away... Cant come soon enough though I can eat EVERYTHING right now
