Annoying. The washing machine is in use. Grumble. It should be illegal to have apartments without personal washers and dryers. This place ain’t cheap either. Eh, location though, and underground heated parking.

@jeffcliff @xyfdi Yup. Its pretty great, honestly. No ice or snow on my car when I go to work in the morning. Love it. In the summer, my car isn’t boiling hot but nice and cool.
If you don’t have a car, then uh I suppose its not appealing.
But I’m not one of the poors, so I do have a car.

@shebang @jeffcliff @xyfdi In Seattle I bought a car after being car free for ~5 years. Parking in my building was another $180 a month, so I parked at a co-workers house that was a 30 minute walk away. Sometimes I'd take the bus ... to my car.
In Chicago I was in a regular, above ground, parking garage. Was nice not having to shovel snow off my car. Still freezing. Now I've got a parking space in front of my duplex, but it doesn't really snow here ever.
