@Philoxenus No, dilation is to prevent sealing and proper healing of the wound. Complications such as this would be the result of improper healing of the wound. If I had to guess this is a combination of a doctor creating a large wound where his penis used to be, the violent insertion of a dilator and it becoming infected due to lack of proper wound management.

@xyfdi @Philoxenus the wound has a secondary perforation due to necrosis. It's just a mess. It's rotting. Yaniv already complained about granulation some time ago.
