@icedquinn To be fair, procedurally generated levels are hard to get right. And with the low business value due to it being a niche, I expect this to keep happening.
@xyfdi the industry doesn't like procedural stuff very much. it's only really taken hold for base textures (substance designer [RIP], qixel) and stand-in assets.
creative directors tend to be married to very specific things and demand to be able to tweak individual pixels to get it.
