Regarding the #EUnomia, did anyone ever make the link with the anagram "EU Omnia"? (Omnia being latin for all or everything) Essentially meaning that this everywhere or wants to capture all?

( Its hard not to say that the EU wants to be an all encapsulating totalitarian state. )
