Regarding rl abuses, I'm not saying that in every case it leads to that, just that I'm fairly sure that there are exceptional cases (at least from what I've seen) where one can see the link. But, again, that essentially is just correlation, not causation; Anecdotal evidence (I think that's the right term), and what not.
