federal law should NEVER supersede state law. that shit is so stupid.
if the supreme court decides that a state ruling is unconstitutional, THEN the constitution itself can take precedence, but not being able to have medicinal marijuana somewhere because the federal government says it's illegal even though your state says it's legal is bullshit.
