That's the worst part... I am customer aswell. I use products that I am testing, so if I have to downgrade it, it posses me offf on principle AND as a customer.

Well, first: I trust our product
Second: I get to see exactly what they do or do not do with it, and that is a HUGE bonus for me.
Third: I can sometimes even influence the result. And that is nice.
so that is nice.
