“Of course, anything that is medically unsubstantiated,” she said. “So people saying, like, take vitamin C, you know, take turmeric, like, those are — will cure you. Those are the examples of things that would be a violation of our policy.”

Oh wow... it is a direct quote...

Fuck YouTube. I rarely wear a mask, I don’t wash my hands more than normal. I do take vitamins and other supplements. Haven been sick with anything for years. Vitamin C is one I take everyday. It is cheap and it won’t hurt you, so why not take it.

Vitamin D3 is another I take every day. I work a lot of odd shifts sometimes I rarely see the sun. I have noticed something besides not getting sick. I don’t get depressed anymore. Before I started taking D3 I would get really depressed when I didn’t get enough sun. When I worked nights in winter it was really bad. Since I started D3 no problem.

Of course this is not a “study”. It is the experience of one individual. You are free to take this information or leave it, but D3 is cheap and it won’t hurt you. I am curious if anyone else has had a similar experience.

@TheRealist @LukeAlmighty @Synclair Unlike Vitamin D, Vitamin C is already common in foods. You don't really need supplements for that. Same with Zinc. In fact, too much Zinc can actually damage your immune system.

I'm almost never sick. I haven't puked in almost 13 years (yes really) and I only get a cold maybe once a year (and it only lasts for one day). I have a really good immune system even without supplements. In fact, I would probably be worse off if I take the "vaccine" than if I didn't if this "vaccine" causes ADE (which it might). It's probably my blood type which is most likely O given my family's blood types and apparently people with O blood types are less likely to contract COVID in the first place.

@Synclair @LukeAlmighty Update: I was out of the country and had to get the Covid test to fly. On the return I had to be tested again. The test outside the US was very cheap so I got the antibody test too. I had the antibodies, so at some point I had some strain of Covid and didn’t know it. I don’t see why I need a vaccine for a virus I didn’t even know I had.

Keep taking your vitamins and supplements.

Good anecdote to illustrate the fact it's not about the virus, it's about the "vaccine".

More and more, breathlessly tracking what YouTube allows is like doing news items on what's on the shelves at Kmart. Nobody goes there, so who cares?
