me: Damn, you are right. I have spend decades suffering from this, and tried anything I could think of, but the one piece of advice that every retard asks forst, I have never tried that. Not even 10 years before I drank my first coffe.

Yes, I will quit my job and university next morning. Throw away the only skill I have and that I spend 2 decades of my life trying to get to a profitable level.

How long before bed? an hour? 2 hours? Nah apparently it's an arbitrary thing and if I wake up at night because that happens, I'm still supposed to avoid them. Of course it's a boomer woman giving me this "advice."
