All I mean is that there is no difference (that AI can recognize) between childhood photos that parents and grandparents will be taking of their own childern (and value beyond any limit), and the photos they will try to remove.

Wait a minute... Does that mean that Apple has a few TB of CP, that they use to train the AI?
