And this mythical option to "opt out" simply does not exist here. And I strongly doubt it does in Russia either. Some laws are just never enforced. Same as prenup. Do you REEEEELY think, that we would see so many whores leaving Billionares with enough money to start a nation if prenups were being enforced?
Or do you think that Bill Gates is just too poor to get a good lawyer? 
Let you wife know before you even get married that if she ever divorces you that you will fight a nasty legal court battle and give every single cent you have to the lawyers fighting in court and that you are fully willing to go to prison for being a deadbeat father and let her and your children starve to death in the street before you pay a single cent in alimony and child support, AND MEAN IT AND FOLLOW THROUGH.

So far, I've studied the law in here, and "FOR NOW", there is an option of having a family without the state enforced paper.
