I was rised to be anti-racist in every way. I hate the idea on the deepest level, since it's obvious how wasteful it is when applied to already mixed society...
But I think I am SLOOOOOOOWLY starting to get the message.

There are THOUSANDS of things I was trained wrong as a joke.
- Dating mechanics
- Health
- Inter-racial mechanics
And at least, contrary to most people, at least I do understand logic and economy, but bloody hell....

The more I try to study different cultures, the more obvious it seems to be, that the one thing that helped elevate the christian cultures was the ability to risk a strategy of mutual benefit.
What a shame, that we didn't realize in time, that this was an exclusive trait.
@LukeAlmighty @ChristiJunior @AnimeTradCath @hapa_sympathiser @randbot They’ve been trying to undo their own work because it’s built on genuine compassion and results in some level of stability, both of which get in the way of what they seem to be pushing for, down the road. I hate that I’ve absorbed so much of other people’s hate (I haven’t been discriminated against very much at all and the “minorities” I’ve had as neighbors have all been awesome people, so I have no “reason” to feel mad at my immediate world). But, I also hate that I’ve discovered “justification” for a portion of that hate. No one forced me to look at what people were saying on Twitter. No one forced me to watch anti-SJW videos. No one forced me to dig deeper into connections, “notice things,” or to give in and check the Early Life section.
A lot of our attempts to keep the status quo don’t work, because the elements needed are no longer in place (and that’s getting worse). So, it’s very hard to be fully loving, right now. Especially since more and more people are becoming bitter and hostile and making me feel like I just don’t wanna care anymore. But, change is coming and is needed. I think it’s very possible (but not at all easy) to redirect this back into something recoverable…albeit different. Idk.
Not sure if that resonates with you, but your post definitely did with me.

It’s totally thrown off my trajectory Oh, man. I’m so sorry to hear that. I definitely feel the “bogged down” a hell of a lot, as well. It is just too much, but it’s easy to feel “numb” and just “brush it off” until you realize your camel’s back is breaking. 30-60 day political detox Damn, if only I could manage that. I can almost do a week+, but not often. It’s also kind of an addiction. I believe it actually has a similar effect in the brain to hardcore pornography (fetishes), without the pleasure and climax part. It’s shocking shit that every part of you knows you should stay away from, but you continue anyways and eventually see changes and lose a bit of your true self. That’s why /pol/ is one of the worst things on the planet… But it is also super productive and pools together some of the best minds and thinking on the planet, so that makes it harder to forget.

Ok man. It seems that you are in need of a white pill. So here is one.
If you get hired, people KNOW who is or is not a diversity hire. Even if only sub-conceously. That means, that if the company you-re working for gets into red numbers, any manager with IQ above the sea level will know who not to touch when firing people.
@hapa_sympathiser @ChristiJunior @LukeAlmighty @AnimeTradCath @randbot Thank you. That’s actually insightful and helpful. Part of my “trigger” is when I hear something “bad” go on in the world (like something about vaccines or progressive politics or government shit or whatever), I feel the need to go into the fray to see if anyone is doing anything about it. /pol/ and friends tend to mostly bitch about things and point out all the flaws until you just feel maimed and deflated. So, it’s kinda like rushing in to a burning forest because I felt heat and went to look for water to put it out. Like what???
As for your solution, Telegram just seems to not sit right with me (the “Fed” reason being part of it), so I tried joining the Fediverse as an attempt to remove myself from most of the toxicity. It’s helped, but I still have people being calloused, constantly bitching about the Jews, showing all the cringe of the world, etc. So, it’s better, but I still only come on here once a week or so.
Thanks, fren.
@hapa_sympathiser @ChristiJunior @LukeAlmighty @AnimeTradCath @randbot Thank you for this. Yeah, I think the focus thing is one issue, right now. But I do concede that I am semi-impotently trying to change the world and fix all the problems that bother me by mentally and emotionally engaging with them. I used to be very anti-news until a couple years ago. But, one thing that popped up when I was getting really distraught was that I actually knew a lot of this, already. The only thing that was different was I knew it as a fact, rather than a truth, now. But I still had known most of the core elements for quite a long time, because I paid attention and worked on my perception. Felt nice, sometimes, because it was like an Indian putting his ear to the ground and knowing where the buffalo were and roughly how they were moving.
