Simple. Microsoft is NEVER satisfied with giving you software. They need to integrate it as deeply in your device as possible.
I could calim to be for "advanced features", remote device control or datamining, depending on just how paranoid you are, but the principle is the same. They are incapable of making a siftware that isn't invasive.
We have that shit on office computers and it's buggy as fuck, I'm talking you hang up the calls and everything freezes

Yea, by crashing I don't mean it freezes and you just kill it with task manager, I mean hanging up the call freezes the whole computer and the only "fix" is the reset button. Enterprise my ass lmao

I know, our school uses it for online teaching.
To say, that the entire UI was confusing would be an understatement. In fact, it would be easier to learn the FATE lore, then to learn this shit.
Nothing beats the feeling, when you have finals, and 20 minutel later, teacher finally reaches you through mail to tell you it won't let him call you.
