When it comes to employer - employee relationship, I hate when people pretend you cannot "just quit". Yes, it is a hard choice, but you can always find another minimum wage job, and employee quitting on spot is going to hurt him too. (giving you some negotiating power)

But yeah... To pretend legal system can ever help a low income person is just laughable.
