Cigarettes are a really tricky addiction. I've always been on and off, with at least 2 years maximum cessation long ago - but I recently cut them out and I think I've reached a good equilibrium now. I did have a little puff the other morning, but I hated it and put it out immediately. Something is rewired, I think. For now

Does anyone have any experience with vapes? I've always preferred cold turkey to a substitute, myself. Maybe I should get one? It's just always seemed a little bit redundant to me, and my only indulgence has made me disgusted. I don't want my nicotine to taste like various fruits. There's no point then.
I still think alcohol is the most addictive substance, but the giant advertisements and it's normality in general culture don't help that, I guess.
