Oh, shit.
I thought Factorio was an autism simulator... Then I installed Space exploration mod.

@LukeAlmighty SE is "great", but I had to stop once I realized that the production loop gets more insane for each tier, I was starting the "tier2" of the cards and everything else when I stopped.
It's production for the sake of production. The payoffs weren't enough for me.
The only new equipment I enjoyed was the jet pack and the new tiers of modules, everything else... meh, all the new weapons felt really underwhelming (then again I didn't get to try everything, but checking the research tree I didn't find anything that pushed me to keep playing).

@kamehamic I felt the same way after the launch of the first rocket, so I hope this will fix it... or at least delay the issue.

@kamehamic
Ok, this mod is amazing...
I have spend days playing it, and I am totally stuck, when it comes to any space progression.

:ablobcheer2:

@LukeAlmighty Yeah, no doubt, I did pull a 11x~ hours game, but like I explained I couldn't go on.

@kamehamic
The best part so far, is that it actually makes me regret all of the things that I didn't think through properly...

When I play standart factorio, it's actually quite hard to run out of resources, and the game is over before the resource management gets ridiculous.

But now, I just HAVE TO set up actual resource inputs, that can be suplied from multiple sources.

@LukeAlmighty Yeah I had to do some research about how to move-concentrate and split the resources to the assembling machines and so on. The issue here is that it's always easier in retrospect once you know what needs what.
But after the first "time" I tend to go with 8 lane bidirectional (because they can be supplied from the left and the right sides of the map) belts for the iron and copper, and then similar smaller-scale belts and pipes for everything else, everything in parallel, then I can split belts and build assembly machines perpendicularly.
In space it's harder to do because of the buildable-space restrictions.

SE also forced me to learn circuit networks which I'm glad, because it helps a lot, but that's another thing that also made me gave up because to automate moving resources between planets it gets too complex for me, see spaceexploration.miraheze.org/wiki/Guide:_Launching_Rockets#Example_Automation

Aa~~ I see new stuff since last time I played spaceexploration.miraheze.org/wiki/Updating_to_Space_Exploration_v0.6.x sigh
