Would you trust a detective or an AI to determine your Innocence during an interigation?

@LukeAlmighty That very much depends on what goal the detective and the AI are set up to have.
I'll vote AI, because it's implicit in the question that the AI is impartial and neutral, but an AI actually used for that purpose would be made to have the same biases as a detective.

I did not want to write that into the question. Actually the exact opposite, since you have no idea what data was it trained on, and who categorized them to "innocent" and "guilty".

Well, and detective can understand the concept.... theoretically. But I cannot tell it to the AI.
