@LukeAlmighty most of these 1 size fits all diet plans are total snake oil, everybody is so different you need to just figure it out yourself or with an actual dietician

Sure. I am just angry, that people hate on "gasp" a reality show, that actually leads to people losing weight fas, because "gasp again", these people cannot hold it. (if they could, they would not be fat in the first place...)
Also, whenever I do research of "how the fuck do dumb teen girls do it", it is always followed by "I was not mentally healthy. I was sick, and now I am healthy" bullshit.
But from my observation, it does in fact seem, that anorectic girls just brute force it through thepower of will and teen desperation. (the one technique, that is EVERYWHERE called an impossible one.)
