Breath of the wild had VASTLY more interesting shrines. They're not even comparable.

These shrines usually require you to build 1 vehicle out of the exact pieces, that are already provided and selected. And in such an obvious way too.

@LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy Dunno how far you are into the game, but I found that a lot of the later Shrines have way more interesting puzzles than the early-game ones.

On one hand, I have been playing it for days, on the other, I have unlocked copy-paste today.

This game has a funny way of non-linear progression.

@LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy I mean, that's one of its big things, being non-linear. I overall prefer linear Zelda design, because it allows for such well-thought out progression in terms of more and more complex puzzles, more challenging combat etc, but after how well BotW sold there was no way they were going back to the old style.
