I don't think it's helpful.
Weird is accepted by society. Autism is a sickness that has to be removed from gene pool.
They literally made a fucking puzzle piece as the symbol of tism. They are missing the one piece to be complete. They are problem to be solved.
autismspeak's symbol as an org is not the same as autism the neurodevelopmental disorder
