@LukeAlmighty That's the reason why I weight myself only in the morning after I take a leak and before I rehydrate myself...
BTW how are you losing weight?

I tried running a lot, but after 2 weeks, my body kinda gave up. (so, now, I am after a 4 day pause. I think I will make it 5 and start again.)

@LukeAlmighty @vokovevaku I'm doing (attempting) low carb IF, strongly recommend. I also autistically track my food on MyFitnessPal.
@grey @LukeAlmighty @vokovevaku the only thing keto did for me was kill my acid reflux, i'm down about 20 pounds just eating fresh veg and normal meat, cutting out processed food like prepackaged meals and soda pop, and increasing my phsyical activity through exercize and just doing stuff outside
@givenup @LukeAlmighty @vokovevaku I'm not doing keto, just aiming at 40/40/20 (although many days it's like 50/20/30). The IF half though is great, I try to only eat in a 6 hour window and it does wonders for my appetite.

@LukeAlmighty Try to eat differently. Lower your calorie income but keep your protein intake high enough (at least 0,8 to 1 g per kg of your weight)

@LukeAlmighty @vokovevaku Do you use anything like a garmin device to estimate calorie burn? I can't eun anymore because of my knees (certainly not at my current weight), so I've been opting for long bike rides.
@LukeAlmighty @vokovevaku I've found that eating less is key, but then it is hard to gain strength.
In fact it is a struggle to just not lose it.
