Not only that, but they decided to monetize the most random shit immaginable.
Let's say you on average reinstall a good game 5 times over lifetime.
For an AAA game with profit margin of 30 dollars, and millions of units sold, that will change their profit to... 29.95.
Then, there are indies. Indies get charged more per install, and usually go cheaper. So, when you earn .5 dollars per unit sold, you will earn... 0.5 - 5× 0.2 = -0.5 dollars per customer. That's bad.
But, then then there are adwares. Games installed for free, that used to earn few cents per player from ads. You can do the math with millions of installs yourself there !D
But the worst part? Noone can promise you, they won't change the prices again tomorrow. Good luck with your business.

Not only was this pricing not included in the original pricing (therefore increasing your prices randomly)
Since they apply to a different point then purchase, it is possible, that you will receive an invoice for a game, that was sold 5 years ago. (and that most people recieved during a giveaway)
