I swear, the only reason why "autism is underdiagnosed in women" is just, that they can do 100 times worse things, then what would cause me get my head chopped off.

It's not a hard rule to figgure out (if you aren't retarded), that it's not exactly polite to point to physical traits of people. Especially, when they cannot change these traits, and DOUBLE ESPECIALLY SO, if they have a base in sexual dimorphism.

Yet, this bitch outright told me in front of others "oh, your beard is so well trimmed."

IT'S NOT TRIMMED, IT JUST REFUSES TO GROW BEYOND THIS PATHETIC MICRO SIZE. Why would you think pointing that shit up would make me happy? :alexjonesfight:

@LukeAlmighty dude just take the compliment lol, you're thinking too hard about it. Any compliment on a beard is a good one.

@beardalaxy
It's not a compliment, if it's targeted directly at your insecutiry.

I didn't think I have to provide a sexchange example, but how many women would take "oh, your chest is so aesthetically flat" as a compliment?

@LukeAlmighty the difference is that the woman doesn't know you can't grow a bigger beard. She just sees a beard that looks nice and compliments it. You would know a woman can't just grow bigger breasts.

@beardalaxy
And as many women said to me brfore:
That's why you don't assume shit

Females with autism often go undiagnosed because they don't fit autism stereotypes and may mask symptoms better than males do.

Autistic females are less likely to show the same repetitive behaviors, restricted interests, and social withdrawal seen in autistic males.

Autism has traditionally been perceived as a "boy's" disorder.

At one stage, autism was even referred to as "extreme maleness". The idea being that if you take characteristics generally ascribed to males, such as doing one task at a time rather than multitasking or not being as good with social communication, and take them to the extreme, you end up with what we think of as autism.

Autism has been thought of as a male condition since the seminal work of Kanner and Asperger. Both men identified autism in boys.

"In the autistic individual, the male pattern is exaggerated to the extreme. It could be that autistic traits in the female only become evident after puberty. We just don’t know." -Dr Hans Asperger, 1944

Only later did Asperger relax that attitude and acknowledge that girls too could be autistic.

While it was previously thought that the gender ratio of people with autism was 4:1 in favour of males, it is now theorised that the real numbers might be more like 3:1, with a large number of girls and women underdiagnosed. -Mrs. entryreqrd #ActuallyAutistic #MeToo #BornThisWay #LateInLifeDiagnosis
