I am not denying the damage, but I am trying to say, that we should still be proud of the scale and power we actually have.

Instead, this slight change in mindset is what will make us capable of facing the comming threads. We cannot let nature return to order. That won't be possible ever again. But we can start an actual geo-engineering and be proud of the new responsibility.

For instance, people are finally starting to argue, if it's possible to re-claim the deserts. There is nothing natural about that. But, it is absolutely something, we should be putting on posters instead of reducing carbon through artificial pandemics.

@LukeAlmighty @picandor The Celts turned entire hills and mountains into fortifications. The Romans transported an entire lakes worth of water across the Aquaduct. Mankind has known how to bend the element of fire to our will for millenia and in last two centuries we have almost mastered controlling lightning so that we could power our homes and businesses and build machines in our image.

Nature was always being engineered by us. This became true the moment we developed sapience.
