Can we fucking burry the myth, that gamers hate gay people already? My every single Skyrim playthrough was with a lesbian for example. Is it really so hard to gasp?
@LukeAlmighty Yuri is not gay though. Yuri exists almost exclusively for the benefit of straight young men

@LukeAlmighty I think gamers like a good story over the characters. Many FPS/Action RPG protagonist are silent or guff - easy to project yourself into. But, the appeal is the supporting characters, their motivations, and the world at large. If the defining characteristic of a crucial support is that they are gay, female, trans, black, white, Asian... It forces a stilted story as it's constrained to focus on details, when it should be world building.
